Sales acquisition (Voice & Data)
Handle sales acquisition for all corporate accounts (National, Key, VGE).
Drive DATA (including blackberry) connections to IOIP base (new/existing) through channel partners along with Voice Visibility & Reach
Set up sales desk / workshop in corporates to increase visibility and reach.
Push indoor and outdoor sales activity Channel operations
Handle channel operations.
Introduce effective processes and policies that helps customers. Channel SAC
Monitor channel profitability/ROI and manage postpaid SAC at lower level Onboarding process
Ensure SLA’s are met and handle level 3 escalation. To ensure on boarding is smooth.
