The incumbent is required to be face of HR for the allocated Service Line for all new resource requirements. He/she may be taking care of one or more Service Lines.
Your client responsibilities:
Handling lateral Recruitments for one or more Service lines
Vendor Management, Invoice Processing & BRET Compliance
Handling Recruitment MIS.Preparing Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Dashboards
Managing the internal referral scheme for his/her SL
We are looking for candidates with the following:
3-4 years post qualification experience in hiring, preferably in KPO industry
The incumbent should have experience in cross industry hiring
Experience in overall Talent Acquisition activities
Proven record in conversions of 100-150 in a year (PG level)
MIS/Vendor Management/ Campus recruitment
