Handle Inbound Calls from customers
Query handling pertaining to their bank account and loans, etc.
Cross Sell Banking Products
Handle Customer Query / Complaints of Bank’s Customers
Handle enquiries on new products / communications launched by bank.
Ensure end to end resolution and provide customer satisfaction on every call
Calling customers whenever required and follow up to take queries to closures
Other duties may be assigned as business needs require:
Essential - Graduate
Desired - Post Graduate in any field
Essential - Willing to consider freshers
Desired - Experience with call centers / BPOs preferred
Desired skills and competencies
Should be open to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
Open to work on Sundays and Bank holidays
Ability and desire to sell
Confident and determined approach
Experience in cross selling various banking products would be an added bonus
