Analyst Programmer (Code: AP)
Work on coding/unit testing/system testing and support activities.
Ensure coding is in compliance with defined set of standards followed by project/client.
Adherence to quality processes and quality standards defined for project/client/Organization.
To work on daily/weekly/monthly reports on different stages of the activities/tasks, if leading any team.
To report activity progress to immediate reporting lead/reporting manager.
Involve in requirement gathering, analysis, design and effort estimation in consultation with reporting lead/reporting manager for the assigned area.
To plan and allocate tasks to different members of the team, if leading any team.
To guide team at different stages and when team members faces any Technical or Business problems.
To review task assigned to members and ensuring it’s meeting quality standards.
Interpersonal skills.
Project Lead (Code: PL)
To lead a project team which is assigned module/ activity/ tasks/ deliverables.
Work on estimates and allocate resources to a particular task in consultation with reporting lead/reporting manager.
To prepare schedule for tracking of the tasks. Conduct regular/periodic team meetings to provide project specific plan and status update.
To review work of team members, ensure that it is as per the laid down specifications by project/client, and meets the desired quality standards.
Provide technical know-how, support, mentoring & coaching team members on technology, business & other project specific aspects.
Provide project specific performance feedback to its team members.
Work on training needs identification for its team members.
To maintain different database such as of resource allocation sheet, checklist for testing and coding and prepare monthly Metrics.
Responsible for project review, escalations, quality assurance, tasks completion, delivery of the tasks, customer interface & project status reporting for the project.
Interpersonal skills, Counseling/ motivating team and addressing their concerns.
Technical Writer (Code: TW)
Organize material according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
Study drawings, specifications, and samples to integrate and delineate technology, operating procedure, and production sequence and detail.
Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding.
Interact with technical team to become familiar with product technologies and production methods. Edit, standardize, or make changes to documents. Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
Confer with technical team prior to publishing technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for presentation.
