Microsoft Exchange 2010 and Office 365JOB DESCRIPTION Hands on Experience on Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010 Experience in managing and administration on Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010 Environment. Exchange High Availability (CCR, SCC, SCR LCR & DAG). Install, Configure and troubleshoot all Exchange related issues. Hands on Experience on Outlook related issues Outlook 2003/2007 and 2010 Prolific on Exchange power shell scripting Required Shell scripting Skills Knowledge on Migrating, upgrading and Transitioning of mailboxes to different environments/servers Strong Knowledge on Microsoft Exchange High Availability solutions. Mobility solutions - Blackberry, ActiveSync, Airwatch and Good mobileGood written & Verbal Communication skill in English French language would be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities :
"As an Administrator, you should be able to do system administration, Incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels. Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures. Work on scheduled tasks as part of Change Management. Should be able to handle issues independatly and suggest/ implement services improvements plans. Should be able to identify and highlight scope of automation to lead or Manager"
