Job Description
The position manages all the strategic and operational aspects of the Axis Bank Young Bankers programme.
The role can be divided in to four parts:-
1. Recruitment and on boarding:
Managing ads (ATL & BTL) to attract enough candidates for the programme.
(The last year there were 8000 applicants.)
Manage the All India Aptitude test currently conducted by the vendor “Aspiring Minds” for the applicants.
Managing the interviews of all shortlisted candidates post the Aptitude Test, which will be conducted by business leaders of the bank across the country.
Smooth completion of Background Verification, loan process.
Plan a smooth on boarding for all selected candidates
Plan and execute the postings for all Young Bankers
2. Designing of the curriculum:-
Work on ensuring the right alignment of the course content (Curriculum) with the Banks Departmental needs as the case may be
There might be a mid-year tweak in the business requirement and the curriculum has to be accordingly tweaked.
3. Campus operations:
Ensure smooth running of the batches on campus
Ensure no issues with regards to hostel, food and general administration
Manage internship and final posting
4. Campus Engagement:
Create and deliver an engagement calendar to engage with the senior leadership and students on campus
Develop a guest lecture series by the hiring departments to engage with the students pursuing the program.
