Ø BSS (Job No.: JCSI-BSS)

o Billing (BSCS, Oracle BRM, Geneva, Amdocs, Intec Singl.eview, Comverse)
o Mediation (EMS, Openet, Oracle, DigitalRoute, Intec, Comptel)
o Revenue assurance and Fraud Management (Subex, Connectiva, CVidya)
o CRM (Siebel, Microsoft CRM)

Billing -

* Should have in depth knowledge in Rating and Billing Domain.
* Should have thorough coding/ configuration knowledge in BSCS IX (Preferred) or other Billing systems like Oracle BRM, Geneva/ Kenan/ Amdocs/ Intec Singl. eview
* Should have sound knowledge in BSCS Data Model, Data Migration using DMT & Pl/ Sql scripting
* Should be involved in at least 2 Billing implementations & integration experience with CRM, ERP and other VAS system.
* Core Skill : C, Java, Unix Shell, SQL/PLSQL, Pro*

Mediation -

* Thorough knowledge in Mediation process and experience in multiple COTs Products (EMS, Openet, Oracle, DigitalRoute, Intec- IntermediatE, Comptel – Event Link etc.) including development/ configuration and understanding of different CDR formats (ASN , ASCII etc)
* Experience in using proprietary scripting language of the COTs product. Should have working knowledge on C/C++ and scripting languages such as Shell / Perl/ AWK etc and developing interfaces with network elements and billing systems. Should be involved in at least 2 Mediation Implementation/ integration.
* Core Skill : C&C++ Shell/Perl/AWK

RA & FMS -

* In Depth knowledge of Revenue assurance and Fraud Management Domain
* Experience in multiple COTS products (Subex, Connectiva Product Suites) including Development/ Configuration and able to develop adaptors for integration and understanding of different CDR formats.
* Should be involved in at least 2 implementations & integration.
* Core Skill : C, Java, Unix Shell, SQL/PLSQL, Pro*C

Siebel CRM -

* Thorough knowledge in Siebel Configuration (Workflow, Scripting, Business Service, VBC). Working experience in one or multiple module of Siebel i.e. Account & Contact Management/ SFA/ Trouble Ticket/ Service Request/ Call Center/ Partner Management/ Order Management.
* Conversant in Siebel Data Model, Telecom process and associated tables in Siebel Data Model, Expert in ETL tools (eg. Datastage Ascential, Informatica etc), Siebel EIM and PL SQL. Strong experience in Data Profiling/ Data Mapping,/ Data Cleansing for Migration perspective.
* Experience in business analysis & solution design.
* Should have experience in at least two implementations & integration with other systems through EAI.

Microsoft CRM -

* Should have in depth knowledge solution design/ configuration/ integration/ implementation of Micorsoft CRM. Should have experience in at least two implementations & integration with other systems through EAI

Soft Skill -

* Customer orientation
* Good negotiation skill
* Very good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
* Open, flexible and adaptable in ways of working.
