EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Strong Programming and Design skills.
• Awareness of Lean Development methodology.
• Ability to quickly ramp up on new technology and design & deliver usable features.
• Development tasks – Design, Coding, Testing and Maintenance.
• Perform product design, modeling, implementation, and testing
• Strong Programming and Design skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within the scrum methodology
• Responsible for performance tuning and testing
• Work in close cooperation with other development areas like framework and platform teams
• Have a can-do attitude
• Good team player

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related fields
• Strong knowledge in ABAP programming language
• Integration Experience using PI/HCI and familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs is a plus
• Experience with SAP / CRM and Utilities applications as well as related business processes is a big plus
• Self-driven and motivated to create something exceptional together
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), good problem solving skills, ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues
