Job Description
The Individual will be responsible for daily Production Support of PEGA Based application.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Incidents as a part of Production Support team
• Participate in triage calls for P1 , P2 & P3 High Incidents
• Work on Service & Problem Tickets as and when required
• Work on Report Requests and Research Requests
• Work On Risk Deliverables
• Participate in Automation projects and other Improvement Opportunities

Mandatory skills :

• PEGA 7 or higher version
• Knowledge on Pega OOTB portals
• Knowledge on Page List, Page Group, Value Group & Value list
• Experience on PegaRules and Pega Alert log analysis
• Experience in UNIX and Shell Scripting
• Experience on any application server , prefer WebLogic or WebSphere
• Experience in Database – Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD
• Knowledge on Application Profiler
