Job Description:
Grasp and execute the transition to implementation and maturing the
International Shared Service Model in line with best Practices.
Reports and tracking Onsite Associate movements, Salary payouts and Special Payments etc
Manage SLA driven Associate grievances and Query resolution for onsite associates.
Maintenance and timely updates of associate records, database, contracts
Maintain MIS reports for all regions.
Provide relevant inputs to facilitate improvement of international and country-specific associate policies, process and practices
Co-ordinate with Finance India Office and Local Payroll consultants with regards to monthly payroll inputs
Undertake Policy education for the respective international regions
