Job Description:
• Organizing the Gallup Surveys, building awareness & ensure healthy participation in the employee engagement survey
• Sharing of the Gallup survey findings at all levels, identification of the organizational improvement areas and preparation of the way forward
• Coordinate the working of the Employee Engagement Committee, driving action planning & following up
• Drive monthly employee engagement initiatives at plant level on the broad organizational themes
• Training the Plant Managers on Employee Engagement / Q12 action planning
• Coordination / follow up with the plant managers for effective implementation of the action plans
• Preparation of the relevant MIS & presentations
