Skill & Job Requirements:

• Data Integration(L1)-Should have good theoretical understanding of the technology concepts Shouldbe able to develop technology solutions to meet low and medium complexityproject specific business requirements Experience Range : 0-1 years ofexperience in developing technology level solutions like architecture,framework, etc.

• Unix Shell Scripting(L1)-[Overiew] - Shell Basics & Sub shells - Shell types: Bourne, Korn, C, bash -Korn Shell Environment - Startup Scripts (.profile, .kshrc) - Using ENV forautomatic environment tailoring (PATH etc.) [Shell Command Syntax] - Commands & Options - Manipulating Input and Output Redirection (Pipes) - Aliases (alias,unalias) - How the Shell Finds Commands - Command History and Editing[Variables] - Assigning Values to Variables (set, unset and Special Variables)- Built-in Variables Known to Login Shell - The Shell Environment andpredefined variables - Exporting Variables [Input/Output] - Working with filesand file attributes - Working with Directories - Basic I/O Features - Stringand Field Processing - Streams and pipes (exec) - Terminal Information(COLUMNS, LINES, TERM)

• IBM WebSphere DataStage(L2)-ETL Pre-requiste Should have good understanding of ETL concepts. Should beproficient with a database SQL language Should be able to participate andcontribute in quality assurance walk throughs of ETL components Tool-specific: Should have minimum 2 years of IBM WebSphere DataStage development experience.Should have good proficiency in the transformation and Job sequencing.Experience Range : 3-5

• WebFocus BI(L1)-BI - Pre-requiste Should understand the concepts of BI requirements. Shouldhave management prespective on the reports Should have good knowledge of basicmultidimensional database concepts Tool-specific: Should have basic knowledgeof WebFOCUS reporting tool, covering features common to Reporting toolsExperience Range: 1-3 years

Requires extensive knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language. Has the ability to respond to detailed queries. Applies own judgement to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed independently post review.Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster.
