Job Description :
0 Year Experience (Graduate with MSCE or MCP)
Experience in Helpdesk system (Remedy).
Exposure on Global account management (GAM).
Extremely good in documentation & Reporting.
Excellent Communication skills. Candidate will be located at HCL IOMC, SEZ, Noida and he/she should be ready to work in night shifts.
Key responsibilities will include taking technical support calls and handling emails.
