To deliver growth in Postpaid business by focussing on retention and revenue enhancement of existing subscribers-Revenue Maximization and Retention of existing subs-Segment penetration-Ensuring implementation of communication plan-Ensuring efficiency in all processes involved-Monitoring & Evaluation-Data Analysis
