Purpose
Execute QC plan for supplier parts; comprising scheduled ispection, strip inspection, TGW inspection, layout inspection and functional testing
Responsibilities:
Execute plan for scheduled inspection, strip inspection, TGW inspection, layout inspection and functional testing in respective shifts.
Prepare analysis reports for sporadic supplier parts related PPFRs
Ensure closure of NCs found in scheduled inspection, strip inspection, TGW inspection, layout inspection and functional testing.
Verify layout inspection reports received from supplier for conformance.
Adhere to vehicle rework reduction projects allotted.
Receive and verify supplier inspection reports for conformance of part quality.
Ensure decision for incoming part lots for regular production within 3 days
Ensure closure of QJOs
Ensure updation of daily monitoring charts for key effectiveness and efficiency indicators
Requirements:
Candidates must possess atleast Polytechnic/Engineering/Secondary school/Higher sec. school/equivalent.
Atleast 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
