Job Description :
Provide Production Support on a periodic 24x7 support with on call responsibilities and participate
in the regular rotation shifts (US, EU, AP) that rotate on a quarterly basis.
Continuing support to provide 2nd and 3rd level support to troubleshoot complex SAP problems for
EP, BW, SCM, ERP, PI, etc¿
Have worked on system setup activities as ABAP/J2EE stack administration, system refreshes,
support pack and kernel updates, client copies, EHP updates/upgrades
Solution Manager 7.1 is a plus to maintain the following activities (LMDB, Diagnostic agents, EWA
Skill Set :
SAP BASIS/HANA ADMIN
