Any Degree with Sales / Field Operations with MBA & Fleet Business Knowledge will be an Added Advantage.
The AP fleet coordinator is responsible for the management of fleet global work streams and the coordination of a single response to fleet sales data from the different Ford entities among Asia Pacific. This position is also responsible for the assistance of AP fleet manager on global/regional tenders.
Global Work Streams - Fleet:
- GOTD: support global OTD fleet module development – specs design, scenario modeling, and market requirements coordination.
- Global FIN system: integrate/migrate AP fleet customers information by markets into global FIN system.
- Global GST system: coordinate and migrate manual fleet sales reporting into SEER/VISTA based global sales type.
- Global SCA (Single, Complete, Actionable) initiative: coordinate fleet business customer mapping using external suppliers.
Education Qualification :
College equivalency
Fluent in English language
Functional/Technical Skills
Project Management skill
Ability to system integration/migration and apply accordingly
Car product knowledge.
Basic knowledge/experience of Ford, and fleet business.
Skills Sets Required
Consultant Skills.
Office Skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook etc.)
