Responsibilities

Achieve campaign cross-sell penetration targets , product budgets (FD, Gold debit cards, Net banking , Insta alerts etc) and objectives that are set out for the year to enhance balance build up of the liability portfolio.

Through structured cross-selling at pre-designed intervals , drive higher balance build up on the assigned portfolio.

Manage Training , Mystery shopping and Surprise and planned audits to check on adherence of campaign constructs / processes / scripts.

Manage the above through a large outbound telecalling unit of 25- 30 telecallers.

Drive key initiatives and new programmes of the channel - Event based triggers , Cheque credit process , NGCE program etc.
