• You’ll be handling dispatches domestic / export – timely invoicing to customer as per customer purchase order, updation of credit limits
• You’ll coordinate with transporter for placement of vehicle as per dispatch schedule.
• Planning of Export Dispatches & co-ordination with Custom Handling Agent, freight forwarders, Export Import department for clearing all exports shipments.
• Preparation of Letter of credit documents/ co-ordination of with Corporate Finance for LC submission to Bank and payment as well.
• Fulfill the documents requirement with respect of Internal & statutory audit.

• You’re a Commerce graduate (B.Com) with 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• You’ve good knowledge of Outbound Logistics processes.
• You’re proficient while working with SAP
• You’ve excellent working knowledge of MS Office (expert knowledge of Excel) MS Access knowledge will be an added advantage
