Job Description :

1. Should have 3 years of Related Experience must have worked in at least 2 implementation projects and 2 Support Project
2. Should have worked on at least one domestic SAP India payroll project
3. ABAP HR Consultant should have Strong knowledge of ABAP HR module especially Payroll PA OM
4. Candidate should have below ABAP HR ABAP skill sets Usage of Logical Databases Read data from the payroll Time clusters for Reports Interface Creating and enhancing the Custom and Standard infotypes User Exits Badi s and Enhancements Worked on Schemas PCR s and Function and Operations Developed Custom Reports and SMARTFORMS SAP script Knowledge on Work flow Adobe forms SAP web Dynpro User Exits Badi s and Enhancments Good Knowledge on ALE IDOC s Knowledge on OOPs
5. An SAP ABAP HR consultant should be able to manage all design aspects of SAP HR module including translating business requirements into functional designs which includes configuring business objects methods containers triggering events strategies for role resolution HR org structure and info types
