Position Overview

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications for the posts of Trainee Engineer-I and Trainee Officer-I (Finance) on a temporary basis for its Ghaziabad Unit. Selected candidates may be deployed across India and must be willing to travel frequently.

Age relaxation is applicable for OBC / SC / ST / PwBD / EWS candidates as per Government rules.
Candidates must have completed the degree and possess final/provisional certificates.

Salary (Consolidated Per Month)

1st Year: Rs. 30,000
2nd Year: Rs. 35,000
3rd Year: Rs. 40,000 (if contract extended)

Area allowance: 10% extra for field postings
Insurance and other benefits will be provided as per company rules

Contract Duration: Initially 2 years, extendable up to 3 years based on performance and project requirements.

Selection Process

Written Test will be conducted.

Minimum Qualifying Marks:
General / EWS / OBC: 35%
SC / ST / PwBD: 30%

Document verification will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.

General / OBC / EWS: As per official notification (to be paid via SBI Collect)
SC / ST / PwBD: No Fee

Fee receipt must be produced during document verification.
